Bitches works with your coaching or training groups to create a custom training plan for her time with your league or team. While Bitches trains basic skills at her home league, most leagues hire her to work on improving their game as a team. There are plenty of coaches, even those from outside derby, who can help train your skaters better skate skills. To get the most out of Bitches’ training, it is best for the majority of participants to have at least some interleague bout experience.

Bitches creates custom material to address the unique needs of your skaters, teams, and leagues. Video and white board sessions as well as on-skates implementation will help take your play to the strategical level you’re looking for.
